A limited-batch charcoal made from 100% locally sourced cherry wood.

Cherry is something a little special. It produces a strong, steady cooking heat while giving off a subtle sweet and fruity wood character. The result is a premium lumpwood charcoal particularly suited to slower grilling and cooking where you want a little more character from the fuel.

It works especially well with pork, duck, chicken and beef, and is also excellent for barbecue dishes where a gentle fruitwood influence complements the food.
